Fiona is a highly intuitive and creative chef focused on creating a sense of place in her cooking, with each menu personally designed to strike the right chord whatever the occasion: a lavish lunch with friends, a restorative kitchen supper after a day in the Highlands, a birthday or wedding celebration. 

Her personal approach will delight – understanding the brief, her seasonal, elegant cooking always incorporates the finest seasonal produce. 

Fiona’s creative influences come from her training at  London restaurants The Square, Pharmacy and Alistair Little cemented by several seasons in Formula One creating authentic Italian experiences for the Ferrari team and their guests. Fiona is passionate about what she does and now puts these influences, along with those from her extensive travels and time as a private chef,  towards creating tailored experiences focussed on seasonal, elegant cooking for her clients from her base in Oxfordshire.
